As a fully licensed and insured general contracting firm, we provide our clients with total project management services. This aspect is critical in the efficiency and success of any project. Being a licensed contractor means we are certified in not just construction knowledge but in the areas of management and other project services. We happily offer these services and consultation independent of the physical construction for projects of all sizes. In doing so, we will work with the client in every phase of the project, most importantly the planning and and pre-construction phase. This includes budgeting, scheduling and quality control, which continues throughout the entirety of the project. For a reasonable contract fee, we provide an experienced project supervisor and consultation for the life of the project, a personal liaison to work with you, the architect and builder in the most important aspects of your project and provide the highest standard of objective quality control. Part of our quest to provide clients with unlimited possibilities required us to search the globe, literally, for the best and most unique building materials. Since we began, our network has extended into 16 countries, worldwide. Despite the increasing cost of energy and fuel, we have been able to keep our costs down overall because of our global sourcing practices. Hawaii is a unique and giving environment, the best way to take advantage of this paradise is to utilize the natural resources and those materials that are most friendly to our ecosystems. This is a real mission for Mokulua Woodworking and as such we have opened the door as a supplier of sustainable goods for all contractors, builders and architects. We are proud to boast an 85 percent sustainable building guarantee, which means 85% of our materials are certified sustainable.
Commercial Services
The name Vera Wang is synonymous with cutting edge high quality fashion.
When Ms Wang herself designed these rooms for the Halekulani Hotel she hit
the pavement looking for the best craftsmen in the islands. This search
ended when she saw the attention to detail to which Mokulua Woodworking is
committed. We were honored to build both the 2135 square foot private luxury
room that includes a 642 square foot Oceanside lanai and the Boutique
located on the ground floor. The suite was designed to incorporate the
breathtaking views of Diamondhead and Waikiki Beach.
